生长抑素抑制剂——半胱胺促进肉用仔鸡生长的研究

摘    要:本研究室的工作已经证明,半胱胺(Cysteamine,CS)能加速大鼠、幼兔的生长。本试验进一步观察CS对红布罗肉用仔鸡生长的作用。21日龄仔鸡30只分为对照和CS实验两组,CS每周口服一次(剂量:100mg/kg体重)。40日后,CS组仔鸡增重比对照组提高5.3%(1299克对1368克)(P<0.05)。CS口服不改变仔鸡的采食量,但料肉比降低了5.7%;血清生长抑素水平明显降低(102.3对43.5pg/ml)(P<0.01),血脉氮含量也显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。 32日龄52只仔鸡进行重复试验,CS实验组每5天给药一次(80mg/kg体重)。58日龄时CS组仔鸡增重比对照组提高7.9%(913.7克对985.5克)(P<0.025),胴体重超过5.5%(P<0.05),腹脂/胴体重比值降低了20.5%。上述结果表明,CS能够抑制SS水平,促进仔鸡生长,并提高饲料转化率,减少体内脂肪含量,改善胴体品质,这些作用均具有一定的生产价值。

Abstract:Effects of cysteamine ( CS ) on the growth of broilers were observed. 30 Red bro broilers at 21 days of age were devided into control and CS treated groups. CS was given in dosage of 100 mg/kg body weight. In the CS promoted birds weight gain was 5.3% higher ( P< 0.05 ) than that in control group.No difference were found in feed consumption, but feed efficiency increased about 5.7% CS also reduced the levels of serum Somatostatin ( SS, P<0,01 ) and Blood urea nitrogen (BUN, P<0.05 ) in the broilers. In addition, 50 broilers at 32 days of age were designed as above except that CS were added to feed 80mg/kg body weight once every 5 days. At the 58th days of age, the body weight gain and carcass weight of CS treated birds increased by 7.9% and 5.5% compared with untreated birds. The abdominal fat pad weight as a percent of carcass weight decreased ( P<0.05 ) , although the absolute weight of fat pad was not reduced in treated broilers. The results suggest that CS reduces SS level, promotes the broilers growth rate and carcass yield, decreases fat deposition, improves the nitrogen retention and feed efficiency.
