大棚和露地条件下梨叶片生长发育特性

摘    要:本研究以翠冠梨和黄冠梨为试材,分析比较了大棚和露地栽培条件下梨叶片生长发育及光合特性。大棚栽培的翠冠梨和黄冠梨的叶片鲜重、叶面积、气孔纵径、海绵组织、叶绿素含量、净光合速率、脯氨酸含量均大于露地栽培的,而气孔密度、叶肉栅栏组织所占比例、栅栏组织和海绵组织的比值、蒸腾速率、氮磷钾含量、丙二醛含量均小于露地栽培的。表明在大棚栽培条件下,梨蒸腾速率降低,净光合速率增加,因此养分积累多,生长量大。

Abstract:The pear cultivars,Cuiguan and Huangguan,were selected as materials to study the difference of pear leaves growth characteristics in plastic tunnel and in open field.The leaf fresh weight,leaf area,stomatal longitudinal diameter,proportion of spongy,chlorophyll content,net photosynthetic rate,proline content of Cuiguan and Huangguan pear in plastic tunnel were greater than those in open field,but the stomatal density,proportion of palisade tissue,ratio of palisade and spongy tissue,transpiration rate,contents of N,P and K,malonaldehyde content of pears in plastic tunnel was less than those in open field.The results showed that in plastic tunnel,the transpiration rate of pears were lower,and the net photosynthetic rate were higher.Therefore,the growth of pears increased.
