| Abstract: | The paper makes research of psychological effect in library performance management. Though the research, psychological effect plays an advantage role in library performance management which aims at different staff in different level with different psychological characteristics and psychological need. It helps to avoid disadvantage effect in psychological effect and promote development of library career. Moreover, it can do some help to library scientific management. |
