摘 要: | 为探讨盐胁迫对不同品种夏谷幼苗生长的影响,以14个夏谷品种为试材,采用盆栽土培和对比试验的方法,研究它们在盐胁迫下的光合性能及水分利用率变化。试验结果表明:所有夏谷均表现为净光合速率下降、蒸腾速率降低、气孔导度降低和胞间CO2浓度上升;抗盐能力最强的是200131、200152和郑06—3,抗盐能力最弱的是济0515、06766—7和长生08。

The Effect of Salt Stress on Photosynthetic Characteristics and Water Use Efficiency of Various Summer Foxtail Millets |

Abstract: | Fourteen varieties of summer Foxtail Millets with pot culture were treated under 6 g NaCl/kg soil, the photosynthetic properties and water use efficiency were then examined. The results of the experiment shows that the net photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate and stomatal conductance of the seedlings decreased under salt stress, but the intercellular CO2 concentration increased. Compared with the control group, the water use efficiency of the Millets declined under the salt-stress, but the decrease amplitude of the Millets with strong salt resistance was small. From the above results we concluded that 200131, 200152 and ZHENG 06-3 were cultivars with the strongest salt resistance. JI0515, 06766-7 and CHANGSHENG08 were salt-sensitive cultivars. The others were medium salt resistance cuhivars. |
