吉林省高等院校查新机构企业化模式探讨及评价

摘    要:针对吉林省高等院校查新机构的现状,提出采用企业化模式进行管理,采用扩展服务,针对查新人员工资、岗位采用绩效管理、加强人员培训,采用统一的质量管理标准及加强各个高校之间合作等方式,并针对高校查新机构企业化模式管理进行问卷调查、绩效及随访等方式进行评价,探讨其管理模式的利弊。

Abstract:Status quo sci-tech novelty retrieval of Jilin universities lacked of uniform quality standards, personnel quality was uneven; databases construction was not balanced, and focused on topics phenomena, etc. Propose that using enterprise management mode, expansion of services for sci-tech novelty retrieval, using performance management for staff wages, jobs, strengthen personnel training, and using uniform quality management standards, and strengthen cooperation between the various colleges and universities. Using questionnaires, performance evaluation and follow-up, etc. to evaluate the pros and cons of their management style.
