| 摘 要： | 研究构建了“信息生态环境”和“信息生态链”这两个核心语汇，分析了信息生态环境的现状，以信息生态链以及其流动模式为主要研究对象，从而揭示了我国信息生态环境中各个要素所处的位置和面临的问题。同时，对我国公共信息生态环境的几个重要因素进行了剖析，以各个因素本身为分析落脚点来进行论证，涵盖了我国的信息产业和信息企业、信息法律、信息受众、图书馆事业这几个方面。

| Abstract: | This research creates ＂information ecological environment＂ and ＂information ecological chain＂ as key words to analyze the current circumstance of the information ecological environment, and uses the information ecological chain and the circulation model as main study objects. This paper shows various factors in the environment of infor- mation ecology, positions these factors in different stages and reveals perspective problems. In addition, it analyzes and discusses all of the reasons and elements cover the following aspects： information enterprise, information law, information audiences and library career. |
