| 摘 要： | 条件价值法是森林景观资产评估的首要方法.文中在对福州国家森林公园进行游客问卷调查与分析的基础上,结合公园内历年的游客量数据、现行收入、成本与费用状况,运用条件价值法对福州国家森林公园的森林景观资产进行了评估,结果为11863万元.

| Abstract: | CVM is the main method of forest landscape asset evaluation. Based on questionnaire and analyzing the data obtained in Fuzhou National Park, the quantity of tourist, present income and cost, CVM method is used to evaluate the forest landscape asset and the result showed that the asset value is 118.63 million RMB Yuan. |
