木麻黄Frankia菌优良菌株的筛选和应用

摘    要:本文报导了从木麻黄根瘤菌中筛选优良菌株并进行回接试验的结果。筛选出U4和Cc38A优良菌株,接种后使苗木早期生物量提高90.7%~275.6%,苗高增长20.0%~31.6%。造林7年后,粗枝木麻黄树高比对照增加12.45%~15.14%,胸径增大10.28%~22.13%;细枝木麻黄胸径增大6.34%~9.44%,树高增加6.05%或生长与对照差不多。结瘤侵染力主要由菌株特性决定,但与菌体培养时间、接种菌体量和浸泡时间密切相关。

Abstract:Two superior Frankia strains of Casuarina species were screened and inoculated back to the seedlings which were transplanted afterwards.During the early stage the seedling biomass increased by 90 7~275 6% and the seedling height increased by 20.0~31 6% Seven years later,as compared with the control trees ,the height and dbh of C.glauca increased by 12 45~15 14% and 10 28~22 13%,respectively and the dbh and height of C.cunninghamiana increased by 6 34~9 44% and 6 05%,respectively.The nodulation infecting potential was mainly determined by the strain characteristics,but it was closely correlated with the mycelium cultural time,inoculative mycelium quantity and seedling soaked time.
