摘    要:研究了不同的木屑种类、香菇品种、出菇管理模式等对香菇中甲醛含量的影响。结果表明:栽培香菇的主要原料木屑中存在微量甲醛,树种不同其甲醛含量不同;不同树种木屑培养料栽培获得的子实体中甲醛含量差异不显著,且明显低于木屑中甲醛含量;香菇不同品种间子实体中甲醛含量差异不显著;栽培模式不同,香菇子实体中甲醛含量差异明显,其中大棚式栽培最低,为15.10mg/kg,层架式栽培模式为16.50mg/kg,覆土式栽培模式最高,达22.13mg/kg。

Abstract:The effects of different culture media,cultivars and culture modes on the formaldehyde content of L.edodes were studied in order to clarify the formaldehyde content of L.edodes and the influencing factors.The results indicated that as a main material of culturing L.edodes,wood chips contained trace amount of formaldehyde which varied in different tree species;The fruiting bodies cultured with wood chips of different tree species were not significantly different in formaldehyde content and their formaldehyde contents were obviously lower than those of the wood chips;There was not a significant difference in formaldehyde content among the fruiting bodies of different L.edodes cultivars:The effects of different cultivation modes on the formaldehyde content in L.edodes were significant.The formaldehyde content in fruiting body of L.edodes was 22.13 mg/kg in the soil covered culture mode,16.50 mg/kg in the shelf culture mode,and 15.10 mg/kg in the greenhouse culture mode.
