摘    要: 采用光合作用测定系统CIRAS-2以2 s的间隔时间采集数据, 对日光温室茄子光合进程进行了瞬态测试, 发现光合的非稳态性。结合光强和CO2 浓度的阶梯式处理进行瞬态测试以及瞬态光合进程的回归、相关分析发现, Ci和Ca对Pn非稳态性的作用最大, 其次是Gs、E和PAR, 而T1 和RH的作用很弱; 瞬态Ci与Pn变化呈镜像反式, 为极显著或显著负相关性; 瞬态Gs与Pn未达到显著相关性。

Abstract:Transient photosynthesis was measured by CIRAS-2 of PP Systems Ltd.at automatic recording with an interval of 2 s,and unsteady-state photosynthesis was found in greenhouse aubergine.By combining the transient measurement at the step treatment on photosynthetic available radiation(PAR)and ambient CO_2 concentration Ca in greenhouse with regression and correlation analysis of transient photosynthesis course,it was found that effects of intercellular CO_2 concentration Ci and Ca on unsteady-state photosynthesis were the strongest,followings were stomatal conductance Gs,transpiration rate E and PAR,and T_1 and RH the least.At the same time,there was significant negative correlation at the P_(0.01) or P_(0.05) level between Ci and net photosynthetic rate Pn,but no correlation between Gs and Pn.
