摘    要:介绍了电动客车电动助力转向系统的基本工作原理;设计了电动客车电动助力转向系统硬件在环仿真试验平台。其转向盘的驱动有手动驾驶和自动驾驶两种模式;转向阻力的模拟由基于PLC控制的液压加载系统实现。该试验平台适合于电动助力转向系统的开发、系统试验及性能评价。

Abstract:The basic working principle of Electric Power Steering System of electric bus was introduced.The hardware-in-loop simulation test-bed of electric power steering system of electric bus was designed.There are two kinds of driving modes with are manual driving and automatic driving.The steering resistance torque was simulated by the hydraulic loading system controlled by PLC.This test-bed is suitable for developing,test and evaluation of electric power steering system.
