| 摘 要： | 本文综述了近年来植物基因转化的方法，各种方法在实际应用中的局限性及在果树基因转化方面取得的进展。植物基因转化方法包括及农杆菌介导法和直接转化法。果树基因转化研究已在１０余个树种中取得成功，其中大多数采用杆菌介导转化法。

| Abstract: | It was reviewed that the methods to tranfer gene in plant,its shortage of applica-tion,and the application in fruit trees. The method included using Agrobacterium mediatedtransformation and DNA transformation directly. More than 10 speciems of fruit trees suc-ceed in gene transformation. Most of them were Agrobacterium mediated transformation. |
