大豆质核互作雄性不育研究进展

摘    要:利用雄性不育进行杂种优势育种是提高大豆产量的有效措施之一。目前发现的大豆雄性不育类型主要包括细胞核雄性不育、光温敏雄性不育和质核互作(细胞质)雄性不育。而对大豆杂种优势利用具有实际应用价值的是质核互作雄性不育。简要回顾了大豆质核互作雄性不育的发现过程,总结了通过三系配套技术实现的大豆杂交育种的现状与关键生产技术等,并从细胞学、分子生物学和蛋白质组学等方面综述了大豆质核互作雄性不育形成机理方面的研究进展。最后提出不同研究单位之间应该加强协作,通过合理的研究材料交流来加快大豆质核互作雄性不育机理的研究,以使其能够被更好地应用于大豆杂种优势育种中。

Abstract:Utilization of male sterility for hybrid breeding will be an effective way to increase soybean yield.There are three kinds of male sterility in soybean,i.e.genic male sterility,photoperiod-thermo-sensitive genic male sterility,and cytoplasmic-genetic(cytoplasmic) male sterility(CMS).So far,only CMS is the practicable system for soybean hybrid breeding.In this paper,the discovery of soybean CMS was firstly reviewed,followed by the summary of the development and application of tree-lines system and the key technologies used for this system.Mechanisms on the cytology,molecular biology and proteomics were then subsequently summarized.At last,the authors proposed that collaborative researches among different institutes,including but not limited to the reasonable exchanging of CMS materials would greatly facilitate the mechanism researches of soybean CMS.
