摘    要:目的:优化速派颗粒中牡丹皮活性成分的提取工艺。方法:以芍药苷和丹皮酚为指标,通过正交试验考察不同因素和水平对提取工艺的影响。结果:芍药苷的最佳提取工艺是70%乙醇、提取温度80℃、乙醇用量12倍、提取时间0.5 h;丹皮酚的最佳提取工艺是蒸馏时间为4 h、收集8倍液量、0℃冷藏36 h。结论:该提取工艺合理、可行,可为大生产提供实验依据。

Abstract:Objective: To optimize the extracting process of tree peony bark from Super granules.Methods: Orthogonal experiment was carried out with paeoniflorin and paeonol as the detective marker.Results: The optimum extracting condition for paeoniflorin was that adding twelve fold volume of 70% ethanol at 80 ℃ for 0.5 hour;while optimum extracting condition for paeonol was that four hours of distillation,eight fold volume of collection liquid and 36 hours of refrigeration at 0 ℃.Conclusion: The suitable and practicable extracting process could provide experiment data for factory production.
