桃花器官发育中蛋白氨基酸变化与花粉育性的关系

摘    要:比较分析了两年桃树不同育性品种花器官中水解蛋白氨基酸和游离氨基酸含量的差异。结果发现:水解蛋白氨基酸,可育品种、部分败育品种主要累积在雄蕊中,而高度败育品种则主要累积在雄蕊之外的花器官中,并且前比存在较好的酸、碱氨基酸平衡。花器官发育过程中,精氨酸早期积累达到峰值,游离脯氨酸累积出现两次高峰,可能分别部分严自谷氨酸和精氨酸的转化。脯氨酸、蛋氨酸、精氨酸、赖氨酸、天门冬氨酸、丝氨酸等与花粉育性存在

Abstract:The differences of hydrolysis protein and free amino acids in different fertility breeds of peach were compared and analyzed for two years. The result showed that the great majority of hydrolysis protein amino acids was accumulated in stamen in fertile or part serile breeds and in other flower organs in high sterile breeds. Fertile or part sterile breeds had better balance of acid-alkali amino acids than high sterile breeds. With developing of flower organs, arginine accumulated earlier than other amino acids. There was two accumulating peak values of proline which may come from the coverting of glutamic acid and aspartic acid respectively. Pollen fertility is closely related with proline, methionine, arginine, lysine, aspartic acid, serine. In addition, some free non-protein compounds were involved in nitrogen metabolism during the development of flower organs.
