陕京输气管道建设中水工保护的研究与实践

摘    要:通过对陕京输气管道建设中黄土地段出现的因水工保护原因导致管道事故的调查研究,并结合地方水土保持的经验,从四个方面分析研究了黄土地区管道建设中水工保护设计时需要考虑的各种因素。提出黄土地区水工保护设计应遵循排、疏、阻及经济方便的原则,同时采用草袋装土垒砌水工保护构筑物和使用灰土材料是经济合理和安全有效的。通过对冲沟沟头处理形式分析和挡土墙的具体运用实例,说明了管道建设中的水工保护是一项系统工程,必须综合运用各种措施,才能做好管道的水工保护,为管道的安全运行打下良好的基础。

Abstract:Analyzes various factors required to be considered about hydraulic protection in pipeline construction in loess region from four aspects by investigation study on pipeline problems resulting from hydraulic protection occurred in loess region over Shaanjing Gas Transmission Pipeline construction combined with experience in local hydraulic protection. Puts forward that hydraulic protection in loess region shall conform to principles of drain, dredge and blocking, and using straw-woven bag filled with soil to build up hydraulic protection structure and lime material are reasonable in economic and effective in safety. It shows by analyzing treatment method to gully end and concrete applicable example of retaining wall that hydraulic protection in pipeline construction is a systematic engineering. Various measures must be taken integrally to make pipeline hydraulic protection available and a good foundation for pipeline's safety operation.
