番鸭日粮添加溢多酶P-8306的饲养效果试验

摘    要:试验选用21日龄白番鸭480只,随机分为4组,每组5个重复。Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组分别饲喂含12%、14%、16%杂粕并添加溢多酶P-8306(0·2g/kg)的日粮,对照组饲喂含7%杂粕(菜粕 棉粕)无酶制剂的日粮。在相同的饲管条件下,观测各组番鸭体增重、饲料代谢率和屠体性能。结果表明:4~6周龄番鸭成活率和饲料利用率差异不显著(P>0·05),体增重Ⅰ组比对照组低9%(P<0·05),其他各组之间差异均不显著(P>0.05);6~8周龄体增重组间差异不显著(P>0.05)、屠宰率、全、半净膛率、胸腿骨率、心脏、肝脏、小肠、腺胃和矶胃的重量组间差异均不显著。且在含较高水平的杂粕日粮中添加溢多酶P-8306可达到与日粮杂粕含量较低相同的饲养效果;饲料效益以试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ组较高,其增重成本分别比对照组降低34·69%、4·93%,即每增重1kg可分别节约成本0·19元和0·02元。

Abstract:480 of 21-day-old white muscovy ducklings were randomly divided into 4 groups,of which each had 5 repeats,and eachrepeat contained 24 ducklings.The ducklings in control group were fed diet containing 7% mixed oil cake meals (rapeseed oil cake meal and cottonseed oil cake meal)but no added feed enzymes,while in test group I,II and III were fed diet that contained 12%,14% and 16% mixed oil cake meals and 0.2 g/kg of multienzyme preparation (Yiduozyme P-8306)Feeding trial in all groups was conducted under the same nutritional level and management condition and lasted for 5 weeks.The productionperformances at different groups were evaluated.The results of whole feeding trial showed that at the age of 4-6 weeks in feed conversion rate (FCR)and survival rate between all groups were not significant(P>0.05);the bodyweight gain in test group I was lower than that of the control group by 9%(P<0.05),but the differences between other groups were not significant (P>0.05);at the age of 8 weeks,the differences in bodyweight gain,slaughter rate,all-evisceration dressing percentage,semi-evisceration dressing percentage,breast fleshing,thigh muscle fleshing,the weights of heart,live grandular stomach and gizzard betweeneach group were not significant(P>0.05).From the point of view of feeding efficiency,the addition of Yiduozyme P-8306 in dietcontaining ahigher amount of mixed oil cake meals could achieve as same the result as the diet containing a fewer amount of mixed oil cake meals;moreover,the cost for the bodyweight gain in test group I and III was lower than that of the control group by 4.69% and 4.93%,respectively.The cost for each kilogram of bodyweight gain could be saved by 0.19 yuan and 0.20 yuan respectively.
