| 摘 要： | 提取凤仙花中的多糖并利用定性法和高效液相色谱法分析其多糖组分。定性分析表明,多糖中既有醛糖也有酮糖;色谱分析表明多糖中含有葡萄糖、果糖、水解乳糖。

| Abstract: | Qualitative analysis and high performance liquid chromatography were used to analyze the composing of polysaccharide extracted from Garden balsam.Qualitative analysis showed that polysaccharide composing included aldose and ketose;chromatography analysis showed that the polysaccharide containing glucose,fructose and lactose hydrolysis.The analysis method in the experiment feasible for the development and utilization of Garden balsam. |
