几种抗氧化剂对水稻愈伤组织抑制褐变效应的研究

摘    要:采用4种抗氧化剂的不同浓度溶液,对离体稻胚作预处理,研究其抑制水稻愈伤组织褐变的效应。结果表明,每种抗氧化剂抑制愈伤组织祸变都有其最适浓度,PVP、V_c、柠檬酸和DTT的适宜浓度分别为0.5%,0.1%,0,1%和10mg/L或500mg/L且各抗氧化剂抑制愈伤组织褐变的有效浓度及其有效性程度与培养期有密切的关系。作者根据研究,提出了用上述抗氧化剂防止水稻愈伤组织褐变的使用原则。

Abstract:Four antioxldants of different concentration are used to pretreat the rice embryos so as tostudy their effects of inhibiting rice callus browning. The results showed:every antioxidant in-hibiting callus from browning has its optimum concentration.The best concentration of PVP,vitamin C,citric acid and DTT is 0.5%,0.1%,0.1%and 10 mg/L or 500 mg/L respective-ly.The effective concentration and effective extent of every antioxidant are related to the cul-tural period.Based on the experimental results the principle of using above mentioned antioxi-dants to inhibit rice callus from browning is put forward.
