太原市城市水土保持试点工作的几点做法

太原市被列为全国城市水土保持试点后,按照试点方案,成立了机构,制定了《太原市水土保持条例》和水土保持规划,积极开展监公执法,对汾河及入汾６条支流太原市区段河道进行了整治,加快公共绿地建设,取得了较好的效果,４至 １９９９年,人均绿地面积达 ４．４５ ｍ２。

Methods in Pilot Project of Soil and Water Conservation in Taiyuan Urban Area

After Taiyuan was approved as national pilot city for urban soil and water conservation, the administrative organizaiton has been set up according to the pilot plan, "Regulations for Taiyuan city soil and water conservation" and plan were drew up, and work of supervision and law enforcement were energetically developed. The Taiyuan urban area reaches of Fen River and its 6 tributaries has been beated and public grass land construction been accelerated, which has obtained good effects. Up to 1999, there were average 4.45 m2 of grass land per person in the city.
