| 摘 要： | 该实验采用3种不同的方法提取麦麸中的膳食纤维，通过设计正交实验来得出3种方法各自的最佳工艺参数，并着重比较了3种提取方法对麦麸膳食纤维得率的影响，进而得出最优方法，为从事膳食纤维研究工作者提供参考，推动麦麸膳食纤维的研究和开发利用。

| Abstract: | This article take the wheat bran as a raw material, uses in three different methods extract the Wheat Bran Dietary Fiber, through the design of orthogonal experiment of three methods to obtain the best parameters of their process respectively, and has compared three extraction methods emphatically to the impact of Wheat Bran Dietary Fiber yield, then obtains the optimum method. That provide dietary fiber reference for the Dietary Fiber research workers, and promote the research and development use of the. wheat bran dietary fiber. |
