| 摘 要： | 本试验用鸡传染性法氏囊病(IBD)弱毒抗原致敏绵羊红细胞(SRBC),通过间接血凝试验(IHA)检测了10份接种 IBD 疫苗后第35日龄鸡的血清,10份高免血清,10份未免疫健康鸡血清,并辅以对流免疫电泳(CIEP)相对照。结果 IHA 与 CIEP 的阳性符合率为94.7％,并通过鉴别试验和间接血凝抑制试验,证明此法具有很高的特异性。

| Abstract: | In the present test,the sheep Red Blood Cell(SRBC)was used sensitized with the attenuated Infectious Bursal Disease Virus firstly.And then,10 samples of sera from the chicks on the 35th day after vaccination with IBD vaccine,10 samples of hyperi- mmune sera and 10 samples of sera from normal chicks was dected by IHA.The results were compared with those obtained using Counter Immunoelectrophoretic Test(CIEP); and showed a positive coincidence rate of 94.7% for the two methods.In addition, it was proved by distinguishing test and Indirect Hemagglutination Inhibition Assay that the IHA had a high specificity. |
