枸杞种子发芽特性的研究

摘    要:研究贮藏年限对枸杞种子发芽的影响及其不同品种和不同种间的发芽特性,结果表明:枸杞种子发芽率随贮藏时间的增加而降低,4年内种子发芽率能保持在85%以上,4~10年种子发芽率大幅度下降,贮藏超过16年种子基本失去活力。贮藏年限与枸杞种子发芽率呈极显著负相关,相关系数r=0.988 7**,回归方程为y=-20.9x 123.45。依据不同品种枸杞种子间发芽率是否极显著,将所选枸杞品种分为3类,且基本上与田间形态观察相符。不同种枸杞种子发芽指标显著差异明显高于品种间,但黑果枸杞与其它种在发芽指标上表现极显著差异。

Abstract:The study was carried out to discover the effects of storage period on seeds germination of Wolfberry and the germination character of Wolfberry seeds of different cultivars and varieties.The result showed that the germination percentage decreased as the length of storage period became longer and longer,and overran by 85% in 4 year,and obviously declined between 4 and 10 years,the vitality of the seeds was completely lost over 16 years.The germination percentage of Wolfberry seeds is significantly negative correlated with the length of storage period(r =0.988 7~(**),y =-20.9x 123.45).There cultivars were divided into three classes according to whether or not the germination percentage of those seeds was more significant difference,and the situation basically corresponds with records of the field.The germination index of Wolfberry seeds had more difference among varieties than cultivars.But,the germination index of Lycium ruthenicum had more significant difference than the other varieties.
