摘    要:目的]为蝽亚科昆虫的深入研究提供参考。方法]以采自秦岭火地塘的蝽亚科斑须蝽、绿蝽、红尾碧蝽和陕西翠华山的斑须蝽为材料,应用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳垂直板法比较分析其酯酶(EST)同工酶。结果]不同地域的斑须蝽的EST同工酶酶谱存在一定差异,且地理位置相距越远,差异越大,但地域间差异小于种间差异。同一亚科的3种昆虫的酶带数量、活性及分区、特征带的位置均存在较大差异,都有各自的特征酶谱,说明种间差异明显存在。聚类分析表明,绿蝽和斑须蝽的亲缘关系较近,和红尾碧蝽的亲缘关系较远。结论]酯酶同工酶电泳技术可以运用于蝽科昆虫的鉴别和各物种亲缘关系及分类地位的探索。

Abstract:Objective] The aim was to provide reference for deeply studying in the subfamily of Pentatominae insects.Method] EST isozymes were compared and analyzed by the vertical slab polyacrylamide gel electrophoretic technique,with Dolycoris baccanum from Huoditang in Qingling and Cuihua Mountain in Shaanxi,Nezara viridula forma typica and Palomena prasina as materials.Result] The zymogram of EST isozymes differed among D.baccarum in different regions and the greater the difference was,the farther the distance between geographical positions had, but the difference between regions was smaller than that in species.There was great difference in enzyme zone quantity,enzyme activity,division and the position of characteristic bands among the three species of Subfamily,which had their own characteristic zymogram.These results showed that there existed significant difference in species.The cluster analysis indicated that genetic relationship was close between Nezara viridula forma typical and Dolycoris baccarum,but far between Nezara viridula forma typica and Palomena prasina.Conclusion] EST isozymes electrophoretic technique could be used for the identification of Pentatomid bugs and the exploration of the genetic relationship among species and the taxonomic status.
