| 摘 要： | 以中花１１号，中系８２１５，０２４２８和早单２号为材料，探讨了基本培养基、激素、添加物和继代方法等因素对细胞悬浮系建立的影响。并获得了这４种基因型材料的细胞悬浮系，总结出建立一个高效水稻细胞悬浮系建立的模式系统，为原生质体的分离和培养打下好的基础。
