摘    要:土地持续利用是持续发展的重要保证 ,土地利用的持续性是适宜性在时间上的扩展。本文在探讨区域土地适宜性研究方法的基础上 ,运用人工神经元网络模型 ,在地理信息系统支持下 ,以地块为评价单元 ,实现了武汉市狮子山区 1 982、1 994、1 998年间三个时段的土地适宜性评价 ,进一步分析研究其具体变化情况和蔬菜地、果园地适宜状况。研究结果表明 :(1 )二、三等宜菜地占狮子山区总面积的 80 %以上 :1 982~ 1 998年间二等宜菜地总的增加了 2 9 1 2hm2 ;三等宜菜地减少了 6 2 5 2hm2 。 (2 ) 1 982~ 1 994、1 994~ 1 998年间果园适宜地的各级间面积变幅很大 ,一等宜果地连续减少了 2 4 6 78hm2 ,下降五十几个百分点 ,二等宜果地连续增加了 1 3 7 3 1hm2 ,并出现了 46 42hm2 的三等宜果地。

Abstract:Sustainable land use is an important guarantee of sustainable development Land suitability assessment of the Shizi Mountain area in Wuhan City was carried out by using Geographical Information System technology and the neural network model in 1982,1994 and 1998 separately Results showed that land most suitable for vegetable was small,above eighty percent of the area was land suitable or less suitable for vegetable and this percentage showed an increasing trend in area Land suitable for vegetable increased by 29 12hm 2,occupying 66 72 percents,while the land less suitable for vegetable dropped by 62 52hm 2,down to 21 85% From 1982 to 1994 and from 1994 to 1998,land the most suitable for orchard decreased by 246 78hm 2,an over fifty percent drop Land suitable for orchard increased by 137 31hm 2 48 42hm 2of land less suitable for orchard emerged in 1998 After the vegetable plot distribution map and orchard distribution map was overlaid on their suitability evaluation map,respectively,through MAPGIS software,results showed that,in vegetable plot area,the most suitable area increased by 5 99 hm 2 Suitable area increased by 15 58hm 2and less suitable area by 17 47hm 2,but their ratio dropped by over thirty percent,and in orchard area,the most suitable area decreased by 31 87hm 2,suitable area first increased then decreased sharply,it dropped by 22 42hm 2 Less suitable area increased by 45 90hm 2
