| 摘 要： | 对分离自虎榛子根际的几株真菌,通过液体纯培养法获得其代谢产物,设计不同浓度后施加到播种60天后的油松苗基质中,探讨虎榛子根际真菌对油松的化感效应。结果表明:拟青霉菌属的菌株(P3)和葡萄穗菌属菌株(S1)对油松幼苗生长具有显著的促进效应,并随着浓度的增大其作用增强;相反,青霉菌属的菌株(P1)对油松苗具有显著的抑制作用;胶帚霉属菌株(G1)和青霉菌属的菌株(P2)表现出低浓度促进、高浓度抑制的效应。有促进作用的菌株(P3、S1)均含有较高的油酸甲酯、9-油酸(E)、9,12-十八碳二烯酸(Z,Z)、9-十八烯酸酰胺、六氢化吡咯并(1,2-α)吡嗪-1,4-二酮等化合物,而具有抑制作用的P1菌株则含有较高的番茄黄素和大戟二萜醇。 |
