肯塔基早熟禾植物学特征观察与施肥试验

通过对肯塔基草地早熟禾植物学特征、生物学特性、饲用价值的观测和施肥效应试验，表明该草具有显著而稳定的品种特性：根茎短、分蘖强、能形成弹性较强的草皮；植株低矮、株形整齐、颜色墨绿，适宜作运动场草坪、观赏草坪及放牧草地利用；抗寒性和耐盐碱力强，属寒地型草种；该草种子生产对氮、磷、羊粪的施用有良好反应，这些肥料不论单施或组合混施，对提高种子产量和质量都有良好效果。

The Characteristics of Kentucky Bluegrass and Its Response to Fertilizers

The botanic and biological characteristics of kentucky bluegrss and its feeding valueand response to fertilirers have been reported in this poper. The results indicated that kentucky blue-grass has the charactenstirs of short rhizoma,strong tillering,solid sward,low ptant height,even indi-viduals and blackish green colour. It has the advantageS of cold-resistance and salt-tolerance andcould be used for establishing turf or pasture.Fertilizers such as N,P and sheep feces could mprovethe seed quality and quantity of kentucky bluegrass.
