老芒麦花序分化过程的观察

摘    要:幼穗分化期是种子产量构成因子的形成时期。经历单棱期、双棱期、小穗分化期及小花分化期等时期。单棱期和双棱期的分化结果决定了小穗的数量;小穗分化期的分化结果决定了小穗上小花的数量;而小花分化期的分化结果则与小花的可育性有关。通常小穗最顶端的小花发育不全。从观察结果看,早春较低的温度可抑制老芒麦的分化,使之停留在单棱期,不利于分化。

Abstract:Inflorescence differentiation is the period when the seed production components were formed, including single ridged, double ridged, spikelet and flower differentiation stages. The spikelet number was determined by the result of single ridged and double ridged differentiation, the floret number was determined by the result of spikelet differentiation, whereas the fertility of floret was related to the result of flower differentiation. The distal florets of spikelets usually were sterile. Lower temperature in early spring inhibited the inflorescence differentiation of E. sibiricus.
