| 摘 要： | 本文对PF-MDF制造工艺中PF胶的用量,热压前板坯含水率、热压参数和板材平均密度的变化对产品性能的影响作了研究。结果表明:取8％的用胶量或更少些,通过对上述参数的合理取值以调节综合工艺因子对产品性能发生的综合效应,既可在现行UF-MDF生产线上实现具不同结构和不同性能的优质PF-MDF的生产。

Research of Main Processing Parameters for PF-MDF |

| Abstract: | This paper is concentrated on the study of mechanical and physical behaviour of PF-MDF influenced by the main processing parameters such as glue content, mat moisture content, conditions of hot pressing and average density of the board. The consistent result from both the laboratory and workshop shows that different types of high quality PF-MDF with only 8％ or less PF glue can be produced flexibly in a present workshop producing UF-MDF by the reasonable control of the variables which may bring out a comprehensive effect on the board's behaviour. |
