PF-MDF剖面密度分布特征的研究

摘    要:本文用正交试验法和回归分析法,取表芯层密度比为特征指标,分析和建立了PF-MDF剖面密度分布曲线中的典型特点及其与产品性能和主要工艺参数之间的关系。研究结果表明,通过对以板坯含水率和高压压力为主的主要工艺参数的合理控制。可以分别生产出具可控性预固化层厚度的陡峭型、平坦型或陡平型剖面特征和具有相应性能特点的板材。

Abstract:In order to eplore the potential basis for some optimum parameters in PF-MDF processing, and by means of regression and orthogonal optimization with some special indexes to depict the density profile, such as the ratio between the highest surface density and the lowest in the middle of the board etc.This paper analysed and established the correlations among the types of the VDG (Vertical Density Gradient) of PF-MDF, the physical and mechanical properties and the main processing variables of the panel. Results from the research point out that boards possessing designed properties corresponding respectively to the sloping, smooth or sloping-smooth type of VDG with different but controllable surface precured depth can be produced through the reasonable control of the main processing parameters, of these, moisture content of the mat and high presure in the pressing are the most important. This information provides theoretical background that may be helpful in our country's development of the production of variable VDG in PF-MDF (as well as some other particle boards) of the quality required.
