枸杞品质综合评价体系构建

摘    要: 根据中国北方6省(区)多点采样化验资料和2000~2001年宁夏银川芦花台园艺场田间试验资料,采用层次分析方法和聚类方法,分析了影响枸杞品质的因子,并从中筛选出对枸杞品质影响较大的8个因子,对影响枸杞综合品质因子的权重进行定量评判,建立了宁夏枸杞品质的综合评价体系。分析结果表明,所采用的模式方法可以反映枸杞质量地域间的差异和同一地区年季间的波动。

Abstract:Based on datum of medlar's sampling from 6 provinces in Northern China and field experiment during 2000 -2001, the factor affecting the quality of Lycium barbarum L. was analyzed, and 8 factors from all of it were selected. Asynthetic index system was established for assessing the quality of Lycium barbarum L. by means of analytic hiberarchyprocess and cluster methods. The results showed that the model and methods could embody the different qualities fromdifferent regions and different sampling date.
