| 摘 要： | 20世纪90年代以来,在食辣人群和地域不断扩大、产品用途不断拓展等的推动下,全球辣椒产业发展很快,其中尤以我国发展最为迅速,成为世界上最大的辣椒生产国、消费国和出口国。为充分发挥优势,进一步做大做强辣椒产业,在分析国际辣椒市场需求总体状况的基础上,对我国辣椒国内外市场需求现状及发展趋势进行了研究。
