蛋白核小球藻在沼液中的扩大培养及其成分研究

摘    要:在扩大培养的条件下,研究小球藻在沼液中的生长状况,小球藻对沼液中氨态氮、活性磷的去除效果,以及小球藻中营养成分的变化.结果表明,小球藻在沼液中生长良好,对氨态氮和活性磷的去除率分别为100%和62.5%,沼液培养的小球藻蛋白质含量降低,而脂肪和叶绿素含量明显增高.

Large Scale Cultivation of Chlorella pyrenoidosa in Biogas Wastewater and Cell Composition

Abstract:The growth of C. pyrenoidosa in biogas wastewater, the elimination of ammonia nitrogen and active phosphorus, and the microalga components in large scale cultivation were studied in the present paper. The results showed that C. pyrenoidosa grew well in biogas wastewater, the elimination rates of ammonia nitrogen and active phosphorus by the microalga reached to 100% and 62. 5%. The protein content of C. pyrenoidosa decreased under the large scale cultivation condition, while the fat content and chlorophyll con- tent increased significantly.
