摘    要:分别建立了用超高效液相色谱—串联质谱法测定枣中的9种真菌毒素,用气相色谱—串联质谱法测定枣中的4类77种农药(19种有机磷农药、28种菊酯农药、15种有机氮农药、15种有机氯农药)的方法。通过对2个不同产地的鲜枣、干枣、裂果枣的测定,结果表明,只有4种有机磷农药和少数几种真菌毒素在所检测的枣中检出,而且最高质量分数只有0.1891mg/kg。这些方法简单快速、灵敏准确,可满足红枣中9种真菌毒素和4类77种农药的测定要求。

Abstract:This experiment developes two methods for determination of 9 mycotoxins using ultra high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry and 77 pesticides using gas chromatography tandem mass spectrometry in jujube dates,respectively.By detecting the jujubes from two different places,the results demonstrate that only four organic phosphrous pesticides and several mycotoxins are discovered in jujube dates,the maximal concentration is less than 0.189 1 mg/kg.The methods are simple,rapid,accurate and suitable for the determination of 9 mycotoxins and 77 pesticides in jujube dates.
