食品专业实习教学的实施与探索

摘    要:近年来,随着国内外对食品产业关注度的日益增长,食品专业教学的完善程度也亟待提高。结合陕西师范大学食品工程与营养科学学院食品专业本科生产实习的教学经验,对食品专业实习教学的实施进行了探索。在食品专业教学过程中重视理论联系实际,在实习过程中调动学生的积极性和创新性,使学生进一步了解实习工厂中的关键生产步骤,满足当代食品加工业对专业人才的要求,对于生产实习教学的顺利实施有一定的借鉴作用。

Abstract:In recent years,with the growing of domestic and foreign food engineering field,food professional teaching degree also should be enhanced urgently.According to the food production and teaching professional experience,the food professional teaching processing takes the theory with practice,practice processing arouses student's enthusiasm and creativity,students will making further understand of key production steps in the intership factory,this will meet the contemporary food processing to the undergraduate talent demand,which provides reference for the implementation of production intership teaching.
