浓香菜籽油制取精制工艺实践

摘    要:浓香菜籽油的制取和精制与普通菜籽油的制取和精制有一定的区别,前者要最大限度地获得菜籽油的特殊香味,并能较长时间保持油品澄清透明,需要特殊的制取和精制工艺。在浓香菜籽油的工程实践中,探索总结出了一套浓香菜籽油制取、精制工艺。生产实践表明,该工艺合理,产品质量稳定,经济效益比较显著。

Abstract:Some difference exist fragrant rapeseed oil and ordinary rapeseed oil. Fragrant rapeseed oil need maximize the special aroma and can longer keep clear, and need special preparation and refining process. In the fragrant rapeseed oil engineering practice, a set of preparation and refining process is explored and summed up. The production practice shows that the technology is reasonable, the product quality is stable, and the economic benefit is remarkable.
