摘    要:建立了RP-HPLC法快速测定淫羊藿中6种主要黄酮成分的方法。色谱条件为:色谱柱:WelchromTMC18(200mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈—水,梯度洗脱;柱温:35℃;流速:1mL/min;检测波长:270nm。结果表明,6种黄酮在27min内达到基线分离。该方法分析时间短、稳定性和准确度良好,对淫羊藿药材的质量控制具有一定的参考价值。

Abstract:A RP-HPLC method has been established for quickly determination of six main flavonoids in Herba Epimedium. The samples are separated on Welchrom TMC18 (200 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) with mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water. The column temperature is 35 ℃, the wavelength is 270 nm and the flow rate is 1.0 mL/min. The results show that six Flavonoids reach baseline separation within 27 min. This method has advantages of using little analytic time, a good stability and accuracy of operation, has some references value for establishing standardization quality control method of Epimedium herb.
