摘    要:采用乙醇的水溶液为溶剂,青稞粉为原料来浸提青稞类黄酮,研究了乙醇体积分数、提取温度、提取时间、料液比对青稞类黄酮提取率的影响,得出最佳提取条件为:乙醇体积分数为75%,料液比为1:15,浸提温度为40℃,浸提时间1h。

Abstract:Ethanol and water are used as the solvent to extract flavonoids from barley powder,while four factors(ethanol concentration,extraction time,extraction temperature,the ratio of barley powder and ethanol) on extraction rate of barley flavonoids are studied,so the best extraction conditions of a single factor are obtained that the ethanol concentration should be 75%,the ratio of barley powder and ethanol should be 1:15,the extraction temperature should be 40℃,the extraction time should be 1 h.
