| 摘 要： | 以番木瓜（泰国木瓜）的大田成龄植株之侧芽为材料，对取材的位置、外植体的消毒方法、继代增殖培养、催根及移栽等环节做了较系统的研究，从中找到了一套适合成龄番木瓜的侧芽的无性繁殖技术，为番木瓜良种的繁殖和种质的保存提供了一条有效的途径。

And a systematic research was conducted on theincising site of thelateralbuds steril-izing of the explants. subculture.induced rooting. andplantlets transferring. Asuitable invitro propagation of papaya employing lateral buds of adult papaya w was found. providing aneffective way or meansfor propagation andgermplasm preservation of good papaya lines. |
