不同水质对木霉菌产孢类型和产孢量的影响

摘    要:采用液体振荡培养方法研究了自来水、雨水和山泉水对11种木霉菌产生分生孢子和厚垣孢子数量的影响.结果表明:(1) Tang-8-1,Lang-1-2,Fu-7-4,Bao-16-7,Chang-4-7,Han-5-2,18-8,T23在自来水中产生分生孢子数量最多,产孢量分别为2.98×1010,1.38×1010,34.40×1010,0.99×1010,0.58×1010,1.83×1010,4.80×1010,1.06 ×1010个/L.Lang-11-2产孢量最大的水质是雨水,产孢量为5.05×1010个/L.Bao-15-4,Shi-1-10产孢量最大的水质是山泉水,产孢量分别为2.01×1010,3.34×1010个/L.自来水中Fu-7-4菌株产生的分生孢子数量最多,为34.40×1010个/L;雨水中lang-11-2产生的分生孢子量最大,为5.05×1010个/L;山泉水中Fu-7-4产生的分生孢子量最大,为4.19×1010个/L.(2)Chang-4-7,Lang-11-2,18-8产生厚垣孢子数量最多的水质是自来水,产孢量分别为200.9,99.3,64.1个.Bao-15-4,Tang-8-1,Fu-7-4,Han-5-2产生厚垣孢子数量最多的水质是雨水,产孢量分别为135.1,151.0,18.5,12.6个.Lang-1-2,Bao-16-7,Shi-1-10,T23产孢量最多的水质是山泉水,产孢量分别为93.8,160.1,116.3,129.6个.自来水中Chang-4-7菌株产生的厚垣孢子量最多,为200.9个;雨水中Chang-4-7产生的厚垣孢子量最多,为192.4个;山泉水中Chang-4-7产生的厚垣孢子量最多,为186.4个.

Abstract:The effect of three water quality such as tap-water, rain and spring water on the conidia and chla- mydospores quantities produced by Trichoderma identified for different speices using liquid shake was studied in the paper. The results showed that: ( 1 ) the Conidia quantities of Trichoderma srains including Tang-8-1, Lang-l-2, Fu-7.4, Bao-16-7, Chang.4-7, Han-5-2, 18-8 and T23 were the highest in the tap-water medi- ums, which were 2.98 ×1010, 1.38 ×1010, 34.40 ×1010, 0.99×1010, 0.58 ×1010, 1.83×1010, 4.80 ×1010 and 1.06 ×1010 spores/L, respectively. Lang-ll-2 was the highest in the rain medium, 5.05 x 101~ spores/L. Bao-15-4 and Shi-1-10 were highest in the spring water ones, 2.01 ×1010 spores/L and 3.34×1010 spores/L, respectivley. While in the three water quality, the highest spores of 11 Trichoderma strains was Fu- 7-4 in the tap-water, 34.4 ×1010 spores/L. Lang-ll-2 spores was the most in the rain, 5.05 ×1010 spores/L. Fu-7-4 was in the springs, 4.19 ×1010 spores/L. (2)The Chlamydospore amount of strains such as Chang-4- 7, Lang-11-2 and 18-8 under the condition of tap water quality, was the most. They are 200.9, 99.3 and 64. I, respectively. Bao-15-4, Tang-8-1, Fu-7-4 and Han-5-2 in the rain, the amount of Chlamydospore is largest, they are 135.1, 151.0, 18.5 and 12.6, respectively. Lang-l-2, Bao-16-7, Shi-l-10 and T23 in the spring was highest, 93.8, 160.1, 116.3, 29.6, respectively. Similarly, it was concluded that in the tap-wa- ter medium, Chlamydospore for chang-4-7 strain is the largest, 200.9. chang-4-7, 192.4, in the rain. and Chang-4-7, 186.4 in the spring medium, largest, respctively.
