| 摘 要： | 用磷酸苯二钠法测定新扬州鸡血浆碱性磷酸酶水平,发现早期酶水平与产蛋量、总蛋重等生产性能呈强的负相关,与各时期体重、开产蛋重和开产日龄等生产性能呈强的正相关.早期酶水平遗传力均在0.5—0.7之间.聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳分析表明该酶同功酶可分为F型(含有AKP~F带)和S型(含有AKP~S带).F型鸡具有体重大、开产晚、产蛋少和蛋重大的特点,而S型鸡的特点则相反。 |

| Abstract: | The study indicates that heritability of 6,12,24 weeks of age ranged from 0.5 to 0.7, ear- ly PAKP levels showed a significant negative correlation with egg production and egg wt., and a significant positive corelation with all body wt., age of first egg and first egg wt..It is found that there are two zymograms through isoemzymes analysis with polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, F type (have a AKP~F band) and S type (have a AKP~s band). The F type chickens had some features: heavy body wt., late age of first egg, low egg production and heavy egg wt., while the S type chickens had other features: light body wt., early age of first egg, high egg production and light egg wt.. |
