| Abstract: | The comprehensive assessment of regional forest resources takes the individual event assessment as it's bases and guidances, but the present of comprehensive assessment has its profound ideological background social background and scientific background. By means of the inquiry into the background of the origination of compre hensive assessment of regional forest resources, the certainty, necessity and urgency of unfolding the comprehensive assessment has been elucidated. |
