摘    要:针对间接竞争ELISA检测微囊藻毒素(MC-LR)方法,利用微振荡免疫反应可缩短整个检测时间约60min.同时考察了水样中盐分、金属离子和pH值对测定结果的影响,并提出了可以利用稀释法减少甚至消除这些误差影响.

Abstract:Tiny-shake was used to shorten the detection of indirect-competitive Enzyme Linked Immunosorbent Assay(ic-ELISA) for Microcystin-LR(MCLR).Salinity,metal ions,pH of water samples could affect the detection result.These error effect can be reduced or eliminated by dilution.
