| 摘 要： | BSC（平衡计分卡）为高校图书馆的战略规划和绩效评价指标构建提供了有益的原理和工具。笔者基于BSC原理,在已有研究基础上,结合新时代高校图书馆的使命、任务和新需求、新特点,开展对高校图书馆的绩效评价分析,探索构建更具时代价值的高校图书馆的绩效评价指标框架。

| Abstract: | Balanced Score Card provides useful principles and tools for strategic planning and performance evaluation index of university libraries. Based on the BSC principle, and previous studies, combining the mission, task, new demand and new characteristics of university libraries in the new era , this paper carries out the analysis of the performance evaluation of university libraries, and explores to construct a more valuable university library performance evaluation index framework of age. |
