Application of Virtual Reality Technology in Medical University Libraries in the Era of Artificial Intelligence

As the development of the computer 3D processing ability and the digital library, virtual reality technology gradually extends to the field of library, which makes virtual reality library become a new type of intelligent service form of library. This paper summarizes the research situation of virtual reality technology in foreign and domestic medical university libraries, then expounds that developing the virtual reality technology in medical university library has a great effect on the four aspects of collection resource construction, knowledge management, cultural heritage preservation and reader service, finally analyzes the difficulties of virtual reality technology in the development of medical university libraries and explores solutions.
