葛根淀粉组份的亲和层析分离

摘    要:本文应用交联明胶柱层析方法分离葛根淀粉,得到级份A和级份B两组分。高碘酸氧化、蓝值及β-淀粉酶水解证明级份A为支链淀粉,级份B为直链淀粉。葛根淀粉含18.1%的直链淀粉。葛根支链淀粉平均8.6个(1→4)连接的已糖单位有一(1→6)连接的分支。

Abstract:Two components,A and B,by crosslinked gelatin chromatography were obtained. The results of periodate oxidation,Smith degradation.blue value and -amylolysis indicated that component A is composed of a linear chain of (1→4)linked D-glucopyranosyl residues,afid that component B is composed of (1→4) linked D-glucopyranosyl residues with (1→6) linked chain by an average of 8. 6 (1→4)linked D-glucopyranosyl residues. Amylose content of the starch from the root of Pueraria lobata is 18. 1 %.
