超市农产品经营发展的驱动与约束因素探究

摘    要:通过对两种业态农产品经营特征的比较发现,超市经营农产品具有产品优质、环境整洁、服务便捷等优点,非常符合城市居民日益凸显的健康消费、文明消费的需要.城市超市农产品经营的快速发展在面临经济技术基础、历史机遇、政策环境等有利因素的同时,更存在农产品供应链整合、物流配送体系发展困难等一系列制约因素,因而提出要充分运用市场手段,建立利益连接机制;推进"五大体系"建设,不断提升产品质量;加强超市供应链管理,促进农产品市场流通的建议.

Abstract:Through comparing with the characters of two agricultural products,it is found that agricultural product in supermarket has many merits such as good quality,clean environment,convenient service,etc.,and it is very suitable for the residents growing needs of healthy consume and civilized consume.When the quick development of agricultural product management in supermarket faces the advantages of economic technology basis,history chance,political environment,etc.,there is still a series disadvantages exist in supply chain management of agricultural product and the development of logistics distribution system.Consequently,it is necessary to use market manners and establish interest connection system,and then push " five system" establishment,gradually improve the quality of product,strengthen supply chain management in supermarket,accelerate the suggestion of agricultural product circulation.
