~(60)Co-γ射线辐射对风铃花·勿忘我发芽率及幼苗生长的影响

摘    要:用4种不同剂量的60Co!γ射线辐射风铃花和勿忘我种子,观测其对出芽率及幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:80、40、20Gy的辐射剂量对风铃花种子出芽和幼苗生长有促进作用,而10Gy的辐射剂量使风铃花种子的发芽和幼苗生长受到抑制。发芽率及幼苗的生长都与辐射剂量呈正相关,芽长与辐射剂量的相关性显著。60Co!γ射线对勿忘我种子发芽率有不同程度的抑制,发芽率与辐射剂量呈负相关,但辐射剂量与勿忘我种子芽长呈正相关。所以,辐射在抑制勿忘我发芽的同时,促进了种子的生长。

Abstract:The seeds ofCompanula mediumwere treated with ~(60)Co-γrayand the results showed that the treatment with 80, 40 and 20 Gy 60Co-γray irradiation can improve the seedling growth and 10 Gy 60Co-γray radiation can restrict the germination rate and seedling growth. And inLimoniumSinuata seed treatment, that 60Co-γrayrestricted germination percentage ofLimoniumSinuata todifferent extent. There was a negativerelativity between the germination percentage and radiation dosage, but a positive relativity between the length of bud and radiation dosage. In aconclusion, the irradiation treatment restrained the germination percentage but improved the Growth ofLimoniumSinuata.
