两液胶薄木饰面工艺初探

本文探讨了用脲醛树脂胶与聚醋酸乙烯酯乳液组成的两液胶薄木饰面工艺。结果表明,这种方法是可行的,用此法制得的试件符合“京Q/JC 5-85薄木装饰板质量标准”的要求。用0.3mm厚的水曲柳薄木对渐变结构刨花板饰面时,其最佳工艺条件为:脲醛树脂胶在刨花板上的涂胶量为78g/m~2,聚醋酸乙烯酯乳液在薄木上的涂胶量为42g/m~2,38％盐酸用量为聚醋酸乙烯酯乳液重量的4.6％。

Study on Veneering with Two-Solution Adhesives

An investigation has been made on veneering with two-solution adhesives consisting of urea formaldehyde resin adhesive and polyvinyl acetate resin adhesive. The results indicated that this method was feasible; the samples came up to standard of Veneered Panel Quality Q/JC5-85. For the veneering with 0.3mm thick veneer over a graduated particleboard, the optimum processing conditions were a UF adhesive level at 78g/m~2 over the board, a PVAC adhesive level at 42g/m~2 over the veneers and 4.6 percent 36％ HCL on PVAC adhesive in weight.
